Dialysis 24x7

Haemodialysis removes waste products and extra fluid from the blood with the help of a haemodialyser. A minor surgery in the arm or leg is performed to gain access to a blood vessel. Sometimes an artery and a vein are surgically joined to create a bigger blood vessel. The blood passes through a haemodialyser which removes the waste and extra fluid. The process may be required up to 3 times a week depending on the condition of the kidney.
